Step by step guide to signing up new wholesale accounts

New Account Sign Up - SOP

1. Fill out the wholesale application on behalf of the customer
   1. PRO TIP: You only really need to get a first name, last name, and email address. All the other information (ie: address, store phone number, etc.) you can get off of Google
2. TEXT Sales Manager at HQ and let them know you submitted a new wholesale application
3. Sales Manager will assign the account to you so that you receive points and commission on future account activity
4. Once the wholesale application has been submitted, the customer will receive three emails:
   1. Standard Terms and Conditions Agreement sent from Docusign
   2.  “VIBES Papers Wholesale: Next Steps” info related to setting up online account log in and password
   3. VIBES Wholesale Account sent from Sales Manager - outlines outstanding items for wholesale account activation 
      1. ie: Waiting on Tax ID, Waiting on T&C, Waiting on Tax ID and T&C
5. Sales Manager will call the customer to introduce themselves as your HQ support, go over outstanding items for wholesale account activation, and identify sales opportunities

6. Wholesale pricing is activated and qualified lead points are awarded when we receive the following documents:

   1. State Sales and Use Tax ID Certificate/Seller’s Permit/Reseller Permit

   2. Signed/Completed Terms and Conditions Agreement

7. Once required documents are received, Sales Manager will activate wholesale pricing and the customer will be able to shop the website in wholesale pricing. The customer will also receive an additional email from the Sales Manager with links to the price list and relevant catalogs/promotional sell sheets.

8. If the customer needs help creating an online log in, they can go to www.vibespapers.com/account/register (they must use the same email address where they received the Docusign agreement).
