Event Tiers Explained

Use this guide to identify your event tier before submitting a new entry in the Event Intake Form

#vibetribe Events

 

Tier 1 

Requirements

  • Qualified Lead/Active Accounts/Cookies or Lemonade Retailer
    • Must have a complete wholesale application and/or is currently purchasing products directly from vibes.  
      • Smoke Shop/Dispensary/Retailer
      • Distributor 
    • Must be an authorized Cookies or Lemonade Retailer.
    • Budtender/Employee training. 
  • Samples
    • Complete event intake form.
    • Enough time to communicate and organize support.
    • Complete understanding of event details.
    • Qualified Lead or Active Account in good standing.
    • Based on available resources.
  • Points
    • Approved event intake form.
    • Actively supporting qualified leads or active accounts.
    • Professional presence and appropriate brand representation.
    • Sampling and/or educating consumers about the brand and products.
    • If not sampling, building relationships and/or networking.
    • If not sampling, supporting other #vibetribe team member at event.
    • Take at least two qualified pictures at the event (see examples of qualified pictures).
    • Submit the event for points using the confirmation code and qualified pictures.

 

Types of events

  • Sampling
    • Inside the store with a table.
    • Outside the store with a table/tent.
    • Employee Training.
  • Consumer Education.
  • Smoke Shop/Dispensary/Retailer party support (4/20, 7/10, Cinco de Mayo, XMas, etc.)
    • Inside store with table/tent
    • Outside the store with table/tent
    • General event support.
  • Distributor support
    • Vendor Day
    • Trade Show
    • Sampling/Education
    • General event support.

 

Tier 2

Requirements

  • Consumer facing event.
  • Relationship building or networking.
  • Supporting brand awareness.

 

  • Samples
    • Complete event intake form.
    • Enough time to communicate and organize support.
    • Complete understanding of event details.
    • Based on available resources.
  • Points
  • Based on available resources.
  • Approved event intake form.
  • Professional presence and appropriate brand representation.
  • Sampling and/or educating consumers about the brand and products.
  • If not sampling, building relationships and/or networking.
  • If not sampling supporting other #vibetribe team member at event.
  • Collect contact information for newsletter subscription.
  • Drive social media support and content.
  • Take at least two qualified pictures at the event (see examples of qualified pictures).
  • Submit the event for points using the confirmation code and qualified pictures.
