Rules For Event Submissions And Corresponding Points

VIBES HOLDINGS LLC EVENT GUIDELINES

TIER 1 EVENTS (B2B, Customer related events, including Cookies/Lemonnade Stores)

● Event intake form needs to be submitted 3 weeks in advance to prepare for product shipment, and brand representation. Sales team vets each event for approval based on customer status and purchase history.

● Customers and potential customers (leads) are eligible for a sponsored event if they are a qualified lead or active customer who currently has VIBES products in stock or is placing an order up to $300 to have VIBES products in stock to support sales at the event.

● Customers are eligible for additional sponsored event support if they have a total dollar spend of $500 within the last 6 months.

● If the account belongs to another vibetribe member, representation authorization is required by the account holder.

● Product sponsorship and event approval are based on customer purchase history and current inventory.

● Points will be awarded per event, not for each day of the event. (ex.if the event is 3 days, only 300 pts will be awarded. Attendance timeline is under the discretion of each vibetribe ambassador).

● Multiple round events (competitions) will not count as separate events when awarding points. ● Full points (300) will be awarded to the first vibetribe ambassador that submits a complete event form. Incomplete event forms will not get approved. Other associating ambassadors supporting the event will be awarded partial points of 100 points per event.

● Point submission form should include event content pertaining to Event Do's and Don'ts

TIER 2 EVENTS (B2C, CONSUMER EVENTS)

● Event intake form needs to be submitted 3-4 weeks in advance to prepare for event announcement, product shipment, and brand representation. GM approves all Tier 2 events.

● Vendor sponsorship requirements need to be presented 4 weeks in advance for sponsored events. Sponsored events are evaluated based on budget, resources, and market area.
  • Sponsored events' budget include: venue cost, product cost, shipping costs, and points.
  • An event will not be approved if it is not deemed a good investment based on the budget.
  • Weekly or monthly events at the same venue are not approved as individual Tier 2 events.

● Points will be awarded per event, not for each day of the event. (ex.if the event is 3 days, only 200 pts will be awarded.However, if the event occurs in different markets, 200 points will be awarded for each market. (Attendance timeline is under the discretion of each vibetribe ambassador).

● Full points (200) will be awarded to the first vibetribe ambassador that submits a complete event form. Other associating ambassadors supporting the event will be awarded partial points of 50 points per event.
